Information you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and anything you write to us when you book a call, send an email, message us on WhatsApp or make a payment.
Website usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics using cookies.
Client data: when you engage us, we process the financial and business records you share with us. This is governed by our engagement agreement and NDA with you.
To reply to your enquiries, arrange and hold meetings, prepare proposals and deliver our services.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
We use trusted service providers to run our business: Google (analytics and workspace), Cal.com (meeting booking), WhatsApp (messaging), Vercel (website hosting) and PayHere (payments). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
We may also disclose data where required by law or a regulator.
We are based in Sri Lanka and serve clients in Sri Lanka, Singapore and other countries. Your data may be processed outside your own country. Where it is, we take reasonable steps to protect it to the standard required by applicable law, including Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Client work is carried out inside cloud systems with named user access. Our team works under confidentiality obligations, and we sign an NDA with every client on request.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law, then deleted or returned.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to us using it, by emailing connect@skyhigh.asia. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
You can block or delete analytics cookies through your browser settings.
