NDA for every person

Each team member signs an NDA and a data protection agreement before seeing a client record.

Non-solicitation

Written into every agreement: we never contact, approach or accept work from your clients.

Your systems, your rules

Your chosen remote access with MFA and named logins. Records stay in your systems, under your download and copy restrictions.

Your data protection law

We sign a data protection agreement under your local law (PDPA, UK GDPR and others), report any incident promptly and end access when someone leaves.

Questions firms ask

Which countries do you work with?

Accounting firms anywhere. Singapore is our main market, and we also support firms in Australia, the UK, Canada, New Zealand and the USA. We follow your local tax, reporting and company secretarial rules and your checklists.

Will you ever contact or approach our clients?

No. We work only for you, under your name. A non-solicitation clause is part of every agreement: we will not contact, approach or accept work from your clients.

How do you protect client data?

Each team member signs an NDA and a data protection agreement. We use your chosen remote-access method with multi-factor authentication and named logins, keep client records inside your systems, and follow your restrictions on downloading and copying. We follow your local data protection law (such as the PDPA or UK GDPR) and will sign a data protection agreement with you, tell you promptly of any incident, and end access as soon as a person leaves your engagement.

Who does the work, and who reviews it?

Part-qualified and qualified accountants with ACA, ACCA and CIMA knowledge prepare the work, matched to its complexity. A Director or senior qualified accountant reviews it before it comes back to you for your own review and sign-off.

Can we interview the people assigned to us?

Yes. You can interview and choose the accountants who work on your files, and the same people stay on your engagement, with a named backup.

What if we use software you have not used?

We train on it before the trial starts. Our team has used QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Odoo and Microsoft Business Central, and audit platforms including PwC Connect and EY Aura.

What about time zones?

Colombo overlaps most of the working day with Singapore and the UK, and works overnight for Australia, New Zealand and North America, so files are ready when you start. Each market page has the details.
